Frequently Asked Questions
We are based in London, the UK.
Currently we partner with a farm in Vietnam that handcrafts all rejuvenatur products. These products are then shipped to a distribution centre in China and shipped by rail to our warehouse in the UK. Therefore if one of our customers in Australia orders a product it will come from China and if someone in the UK orders a product it comes from the UK. We ship our products by rail as rail travel produces the least emissions of all shipping modes, despite it taking the longest. We have big ambitions to manufacture and distribute locally worldwide.
All of our packaging is 100% recyclable. Most of our products are made from Moso Bamboo and are 100% compostable, it is only the bristles of the toothbrush that are non compostable and non-recyclable.
Bamboo is a miracle plant, it is the fastest renewing natural resource, some species can grow up to 3 feet a day! Therefore it is a perfect material for our products. We also plant a tree in the Amazon for every 50 followers we get on instagram so give us a follow!
Currently a BPA-Free Nylon. The only 100% compostable bristles we could find were made of pig hair, this is obviously non-vegan and an unpopular choice. We are constantly on the lookout for a greener choice.
Simply pull out the bristles with pliers or snap off the head, throwing it away. The rest of the toothbrush is 100% compostable.
Allow 5-7 business days for your products to arrive. If there is any further delay, please get in touch at Joe@rejuvenatur.com
Yes, all of our products are suitable for children, it is only the Toothpaste Bites that we would suggest not giving to children under the age of 3 due to the choking hazard.
Obviously using any of our products means a reduction in the amount of their plastic alternatives that are polluting our oceans, choking and poisoning ocean wildlife. Plastic is also a large factor in the decimation of corals, a study suggested that the likelihood of coral contracting deadly diseases increases from 4% to 86% when it comes in contact with plastic. There is also something called the Baader-Meinhof effect; This is the phenomena of when you buy a new car, you suddenly notice that everyone else on the road has bought the same car. As more and more people use our product we hope that they become hyper aware of other actions they can take in their lives to reduce their harmful impact on this planet.
